Design Concept

With the northern aspect running along the long rear axis - the Breeze Home maximises this perfect orientation in its design. Designed for a lean 286m2 block - the focus was on creating a family home with flexibility for expansion. Placement of windows and a central void ensure that the home can capture cooling breezes from the southwest through to the north to aid further in the solar passive design.

With the location being close to high traffic public transport, and the brief requiring only a single car garage, we were able to create a generous outdoor living area complete with a pool and grassed play area for the kids.
