An existing home reimagined through a series of simple moves to preserve the building footprint while bringing it up to a modern standard. Minimising the changes to the existing building fabric has resulted in a cost effective outcome, while still adding an extra bathroom and improving on the general layout and flow of the home.

Careful consideration was made in the design process to ensure that the existing terrazzo flooring could be retained and celebrated.
