A home where outdoor living is front and foremost was the brief for this Wembley Downs Home. The northern aspect of the site is located within what traditionally becomes the ‘front setback’ in housing design regulation terms - an often underutilised buffer between a home and the street.

By pushing the home into what would be deemed the rear outdoor living, this idea has been inverted resulting in a generous landscaped outdoor living with access to the warm winter sun throughout the home.
